i made my peace aku akan setel down jadi editor sampai ke tue..konon2 mcm dah pasrah la xde company chemical/manufacturing yg nk hire budak 3rd class ni dah..

tetibe minggu lepas dpt satu call dari nombor yg x dikenali..aku mmg xkn angkat nombor yg aku x save..sori ar..

ok..then bile aku bukak email ade email dari D***o offer intebiu..

aku terai ajelaa...kot2 ade rezeki di situ..

so 9/8 hari tu aku pegi..siap amek leave sehari..(da la annual leave aku 8 hari je stahun weih)

x susah nk cari company ni sbb zaman uni bangi nih tmpt lepak kot..

pastu aku gtaw pakgad aku ade intebiu..die kate nnt dulu..xbleh masuk lg sbb belum pukul 8 pagi..die suh tgu..

1) introduce yourself (soklan wajib) - laki aku die dah biase intebiu org..so die advise aku bile jwb soklan ni xpyh nk bebel name panjang ape, duk kat mane, adik brape org, atuk name ape, that very personal thing la pendek kate..org x minat pn nk tau..dorg nk tau what skills we can offer them jer..explain je terus lepas grad buatpe..previous working experience..

aku pn jawab la cm tu..basically what i did lepas grad..tetibe org tu potong aku..ok..so in the form here u stated u have 8 siblings..bla bla..die pegi tny name atuk aku, mak keje ape..laaa...laki aku kate pelik gile ade gak interviewer yg berminat ngan bnd2 x penting tu

2) your pmr & spm result are so impressive..but why ur degree sucks...hahahaha demmit..mls nk explain kat cni..

3) die tny pasal special cert yg aku amek kat johor dulu..dlm byk2 bnd aku study, die tny bnd yg aku x smpat nk study..what is lean manufacturing? arghhh! awat x tanye pasal ICC ke..ISO9001 je..haiyo

4)why did you choose environmental engineering - yawning..bosan dah nk jawab soalan ni..

5) ade gak die tny b4 bla..u mmg dah biase pegi inteview eh? brp byk intebiu yg u dah pegi? dlm byk2 intebiu, brp byk yg da offer?

6) die tanye aku biase keje ngan orang x? u da penah jd cikgu ajar budak2? minat ke x nk ajar org besa yg keras kepala, byk songeh?

Hi. I'm back. After like..how many months without any new entry..
Too busy with working life that i dun have time to spare for blogging.
Spend more time with FB anyway. But lately, its getting bored to hook up with that.
Bcoz during working time, boss pick me to the admin for our fanpage. Which is suck.
Bcoz i got the educare thingy page. I was so clueless and idea-less already to update that page what more with substance-lacking business and autocratic boss. When you combine those two, it will look like you're working with idiocy. Everyday, my cliques at office, what we called ourselves "our selected fews", will repeatedly talking about the same boring-yet-we-have-to-let-go-of-our-rebellious-feeling-no-matter-what topic during lunch. We always have the same opinion, same feeling, same story about our company direction, fellow colleagues & boss! U just imagine, an organization with no hierarchy. Oh, pardon me. It has a hierarchy of what we called it no-hierarchy hierarchy. Everything, every works, every decision, every editing layouts, every furniture layout, and even every status & post @ fanpage wall (FOR GOD SAKES), must be through him FIRST! Not that it has last person to go through though. As I said, everything, must be through him. ONLY, might be the best word to describe how bossy my boss is. As a result, slow decision making. Bcoz, he is a person who is egoistic, weird taste, difficult, hard to pleased, and only GOD knows what he wants from us!! Everything we did is never good to him. He wants to be in-control of everything. He's a you-can-choose-any-color-but-make-sure-it-is-red boss! Oh, FYI, our company system is a no-system system, too! It doesn't matter how many times he asked us to do job sheet, job schedule, printing schedule, in the end, he will the first person to break that system. What's this?? This is only my fifth month there. How about my senior colleague who have been working together with him for 18 years already??? I pity all other colleagues. They all have their own stories to share too. They too, felt the same way, experienced the same thing too many times already, that they already warned me to be patient with our boss. I'm a rebellious person. N i'm a no hypocrite woman. If i dun like sumone, i'll just show. Like what i did to my colleagues. N also my boss. I think he got that already. Quite a few times already I opined stuff which is opposite to his. But then he will keep asking others until they all give the feedback that HE WANTS! Of course, others, will answer what he wants bcoz they just dun give a damn anymore. They dun have the energy to fight his "autocraticity" anymore. OMG! I dunno how to put it already. He asked for it. But supposedly, if you're professional, u just have to suck it up. Swallow it even if you dun like it. OHHHHHH!! I forgot! He's the BOSS here. Not ME! Damn.

Baru balek bercuti panjang kat ganu..panjang lah sangat 5 hari je pon..

yippeee..punye la lame gile x mandi pantai..akhernya balek hari tu dapat juge merase mandi pantai untuk ke sekian kalinye..mandi bersama-sama hubby, adik ipar n kakak ipar kuuuu!
